Hello and welcome to The Lab Basketball Training! My name is Laura Terry, I currently run and operate The Lab within the tri-state area offering basketball training and athletic development to athletes who want to grow and develop their skills.

I played high school basketball in the 16th region at Rose Hill. We won the regional tournament in Morehead back-to-back seasons in 2006 & 2007.

 

After graduating I continued my career at the University of Louisville where I competed in a national championship game and graduated with a bachelors degree in exercise science.

 

My playing career was cut short due to injury. I knew I wanted to coach the game and was fortunate to immediately start my coaching career as an academic senior at Louisville.

 

I was a Student-Assistant Coach for 2 years then continued coaching after graduation at several other Division I schools including Western Kentucky, Weber State, and Texas State.

After being away from home I decided to come back to my roots and began teaching local student-athletes to compete on and off the court and reach goals.
